Milk Production Star Does
TMGR would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the following Does and their Owners who have completed milk testing. We appreciate the hard work these Does and Owners do in completing the program’s milk star requirements.
305 AR (Advanced Registry):
* Experimental - may be used to determine output by size of doe (weight is not tracked in DHIA) Ideally would be a percentage of body weight but that data is not available. Corrected for short lactations. (#milk/305/height)
One Day Test Milk Star (*D):
* Milk Factor - Experimental - used to determine output by height of doe (weight is not tracked in DHIA).
Ideally this would be a percentage of body weight but that data is not available so we use height instead.
This measurement is NOT equivalent to 305 day data under AR. It represents only the total Milk production divided by height - (#M/Height).
